The cows are fed with only natural grass, herbs and nutritious grains. This ensures the highest quality of milk which is then processed into ghee using the traditional Indian process as described in Ayurveda to retain all the nutrients.

Process of Making Herbal-cure Cow A2  Ghee

Approx 28-30 litres of Gir cows’ A2 milk gives 1-1.2 litre of Herbal-cure desi cow a2  ghee. It is made by the Vedic process as described in Ayurveda to retain all the nutrients.

1. The fresh A2 milk from desi Gir cows is obtained. (The cows are fed natural fodder and are also left to graze freely in the fields.)
2. The milk is boiled and set to curd. This increases CLA percentage in the ghee.
3. The curd is then churned bi-directionally at a controlled speed to yield the yummy butter. This step ensures that all the nutrients are retained.
4. The butter is heated on natural wood-fired (“Chullah”). We use Mitti and Copper utensils (No Aluminium Utensil Used) The butter is heated on a low flame to yield golden ghee
5. We follow Hindu Traditions shutak, if any cow gives birth to a calf, we do not use its milk for 15 days, which make our Ghee suitable for Holy Rituals. The cows are feed with green grass and leys in the scheduled diet. The diet comprises various grass-like corn, jwar, bajra, mkka, groundnut crushing and other green grasses.
